Where Have I Been??

Let me tell you the past month has been crae crae! I have missed you guys! I hope you enjoyed the guest post by my mom, I talked to her about guest blogging on this page once a month. I am super excited for that!

As you know from my last post we moved and everything is still in boxes! The weekend we moved that Sunday night we had a birthday dinner for my husband at Hu Hot, love that place! 

The next morning we took off for Seattle!

We stayed in the nicest hotel "The Maxwell", I was going to take pictures but, my phone pics would have never done justice. So I borrowed these from their website! 

If you ever stay in Seattle I would highly recommend that hotel. 

Monday night we had dinner at the Space Needle for husband's 40th. 

Whoo hoo!! So pretty, so expensive, so worth it! Our hotel was only a few blocks away so we walked. When we got back to the hotel we ordered food from the restaurant. Husband got pizza, yummy, I got smores brownie, heaven! 

Then we went swimming. Mackenzie wore the same swimsuit as when we went in September! 

Tuesday morning we went to breakfast at Toulouse Petit, heard about it on Food Network best breakfast places, suggested by Melissa D'arabian. It was pretty good. We then rode the monorail downtown for shopping and shopping and shopping. Also hit up IKEA and Southcenter Mall. 

Wednesday Mackenzie woke up early, so we started packing to head home.

After we got back from Seattle we had to unpack from the trip and from moving. Although we are still unpacking.

Surprise Easter came! 

Easter morning we had an egg hunt and bunny pancakes.

After church we went to the casino for a super yummy buffet, Mackenzie went home with my mom. While hubby, sis in law, and I went to the new G.I. Joe movie. Spoiler Alert: loved the movie, hated that Duke died! 

During this time had a coworker out for a surgery. So, lots of extra hours for me. I think that's pretty much it. Don't worry I have lots of exciting blogs coming up so tune in on Wednesdays to see those!
